Warranty Policy

WIKTOGR warrants that its products are free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal indoor use and conditions for a period of one year from the original invoice date.

This warranty is non-transferable, and proof of purchase from WIKTOGR or an authorized dealer is required for warranty service.

The warranty for refurbished WIKTOGR products is three months (refurbished products can only be exchanged for refurbished products, not new ones).

What Does This Warranty Cover?
We warrant that WIKTOGR products are free from defects in materials and workmanship when used normally and in accordance with the respective Product User Manual during the Warranty Period.

If a defect arises, WIKTOGR will, at its option:

Provide a refurbished or replacement product of equal value at no charge (except for handling, packing, and insurance fees, which will be the customer’s responsibility).

Replacement is subject to defect verification and proof of purchase (confirmed via the model number and original dated sales receipt).

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This Warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

Misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or shipping damage.

Incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.

Use with incompatible products or unauthorized modifications.

Repairs performed by an unauthorized service technician.

Open Box & Clearance Items
Open Box items are products with damaged packaging or minor imperfections but are fully functional. These items:

Come with a 6-month warranty (instead of the standard 12 months).

Are not eligible for warranty extensions or returns due to cosmetic issues.

All Open Box sales are final—no returns or refunds.
